This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on Gizmix.com, which is operated by BLACK CLOUDS INC, a privately held company based in the United States.

At Gizmix, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, securely, and transparently. Below are our shipping terms and delivery guidelines.


1. Order Processing

After your order is successfully placed:

  • All orders are typically processed within 1 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We work with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Shipping method

  • Package weight & dimensions

You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility

  • Gizmix has no control over customs duties and fees incurred from delivery 

  • Please check your local customs policies before placing an international order


5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

✔ A tracking number via email
✔ Instructions to track delivery status

6. Lost, Damaged or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost, damaged during transit, or not delivered:

Please contact our support team within seven (7) days of the delivery date with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description/photos of the Damage (if applicable)

  • Tracking information

Our team will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
